Warranty, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ParagonFitnessGear.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Warranty Policy

All ParagonFitnessGear.com products have a 60 day "WEAR and TEAR" warranty. This includes but not limited to: tearing, worn velcro, loose straps ect. To make a warranty claim, please email ParagonFitnessGear@gmail.com with photos and your original order number. 

Return Policy 

All ParagonFitnessGear.com products have a 30 day money back guarantee if the product has been 1) Unused 2) Undamaged by the user. 

If you believe that you received a faulty product OR have been using your product and is defective from the manufacture, please email ParagonFitnessGear@gmail.com with:

1) Your original order number

2) A photo of your damaged product 

3) A brief description of whats going on with your product

All orders that are to be returned for any other reason than the above, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the seller. 


Refund Policy

To inquire for a refund for a product, please email ParagonFitnessGear@gmail.com. 

If a refund was issued, please allow 3-5 business days to process. 

Exchange Policy

If you ordered a Paragon product in the U.S. and mistakenly ordered the wrong size or color, please contact ParagonFitnessGear.com. You will have two choices on how to correct this error. 

1) You can order the correct product. A pre paid shipping label will be emailed to the customer which can be used to send back the incorrectly ordered/received product. Once seller receives the incorrectly ordered/received product, a refund will be issued for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to process. 

2) If you are uninterested in purchasing another product, seller will email customer with a pre paid shipping label. Once seller receives incorrectly ordered/received product, seller will exchange and ship the correct size or color to the customer. 

If a customer upgraded their shipping method for the initial purchase of the item and is requesting an exchange, the item will be sent as priority mail for the pre paid label and when shipping the item in the newly requested size. 

 An international exchange will disqualify for a pre paid label by the seller.
