I purchased the V3 and it was too small. I actually purchased this for my wife and it happened to be to small. She needed an XS not an XXS. I contacted customer service and explained my issue. It wasn’t more than an hour and I had an email back. Not an automated email. An email back from a person, a person who cares. This is the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I am a gear fanatic and gym rat. I was recommended from a friend who is a personal trainer. I ordered and was so excited to get it. I ended up upgrading. I bought the V4 instead because it was new and I need all the new things haha. I returned the small one and got my refund and used that towards the V4. I never leave reviews unless it’s an EXTREMELY GOOD experience. Or unfortunately if it’s the opposite so I can warn future customers. I will continue to use this brand. I don’t care if it’s more expensive or even a wait for items. The customer service and support is what makes me so happy about this experience. Not only is it the best product on the market and everyone knows it’s quality. What it is backed by, is real people who care about it. I’m a firm believer in quality over quantity. This is a quality product that will last forever. You don’t need to buy cheap intimidation products that you’ll end up replacing down the road. Eventually costing more. Buy this.
