Very pleased with this product and arrived in about 2-3 days I used it today as a belt for leg day and really helped my core will be using it for my cardio as well

Great product!!!

Was recommended this product by a good friend of mine who like me isn’t a body builder per say. First day actually wearing it, I can feel my waist tightening the more I wear it. Not sure if it’s meant to be used also as a lifting belt, however I feel the same effects as if I’m wearing one. Overall, a great product and I’m looking forward to being a customer in the future!
