This product is a must to strengthen the transverse abdominal region. I am prepping for a bodybuilding competition and this product helps me achieve the illusion of a small waist.

Time for V5
I have used this belt for yrs and it is great and has evolved into a great waist taper. Has helped me strengthen my transdermal around the abdominal area.
Just needs to be more velcro on the Straps to account for the weight lose and the natural tapering taken course. I'll be the 1st to buy it . I have 4 now that I alternate
