Of course we talked about different trainers, but she brought up a new company her husband uses and she tried and both love.

paragon waist taper is a no shit amazing product. These photos are one day apart. And I’m not sure if you can see the waist difference but I can. I wore my pretty in pink waist trainer all day during work, lifting session, and cardio! And let me say holy hell bells!!! The product is comfortable, I don’t feel pinched, squished, or unable to breath! Amazing back support all day, non-slip even went sweating, brought my core temp up and I even had to adjust it in during the gym cause I could tell my waist was leaner.

This is by far worth the money. I will most likely get another one just so I can switch them out in between work and gym.
I bought the xs and initially was going to use this specifically for cardio. After trying it on I realized it had a lot of support for my lower back which tends to get tight with heavy lifting. Now I use it during my entire workout, especially on leg days for extra support.
I’ve tried 2 other waist trainers & wasn’t impressed. Someone recommended the Paragon Waist Taper. I did research & noticed current customers reviews. I bought 2 sizes (s & xs) & it’s almost time time for the xs after only 3 weeks of wearing this!!! This waist trainer is clutch!
